Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Canadian Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $10 flat rate standard shipping via Canada Post and free shipping on orders over $80.  

Expedited delivery can be chosen, and price will be calculated at checkout.

US Shipping

We offer shipping to the Lower 48 states and Alaska.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free shipping over $80.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for all orders within 30 km of Winnipeg.

Deliveries are made from 8am to 5pm most days. We will contact you via the contact info you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Pickup

Free local pickup in Headingley, MB.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours.
Pick up may take longer during high volume times and may be halted with poor weather for your safety.
We will send you a notification when your order is ready to arrange a pick up time along with instructions. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at railyardspiceco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
